I just stayed at this hotel, and it was a mixed experience. The rooms, although booked for health reasons, were comfy despite being smoking rooms and had 2 queen beds, which was quite convenient. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff offering various helpful amenities. The location was decent, especially for walking in Gomez and being close to old Mazatlan. The dining experience was superb, especially the buffet, which truly impressed me. Unfortunately, some facilities were lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
